Scale defeats manual QC
A review team can inspect only a fraction of annual volume by hand.
ClaimProof 410A · For mortgage servicers
ClaimProof 410A, for large mortgage servicers: an independent audit of your 410As, and full 410A preparation for transferred and inherited loans.
Mortgage servicing teams keep producing claims as they do today. We independently rebuild the histories, compare the claim figures and return only the exceptions your team needs to resolve. For the hardest transferred loans, we prepare the complete draft pack.
$200 inspection fee not permitted under the selected state rule.

Large mortgage servicers may file thousands of 410As a year, including claims on loans taken over from another servicer. Most QC teams can only sample a few by hand. The prior servicer's history often arrives as PDFs, scans or a spreadsheet export in its own format—and that is often where errors hide.
A review team can inspect only a fraction of annual volume by hand.
Prior-servicer files arrive as PDFs, scans and exports with missing pages, months or context.
State rules can disallow a charge even when every ledger calculation agrees.
For mortgage servicers · Two services · One control layer
We start ClaimProof 410A Audit with 410As you have already filed, rebuilding each claim from its histories and showing you the differences.
Provide the Official Form 410A and the payment histories used to prepare it. The first engagement can use claims that have already been filed.
The histories are read, every running balance is rebuilt to the cent and Parts 2, 3 and 4 are worked out again without using your figures.
Parts 2–4 and the Part 5 closing balances are compared, with the difference, a possible reason and the page behind it.
Claims that agree come back with no differences found. Claims that differ return with what differs, a possible reason and the page behind it.
Start with evidence, not a sales promise. Begin with already-filed claims and see what the audit finds in your own portfolio.
The ClaimProof 410A enterprise suite
Audit, Prepare and Operations Desk form one control system for the volume, exceptions and accountability a mortgage servicer's bankruptcy operation requires.
Independently rebuilds completed 410As from the source histories, compares every material line and returns sourced exceptions for QC review.
Assembles the hardest transferred and inherited-loan claims from mixed histories, with every figure traced to its evidence.
Coordinates bar dates, missing documents, processor decisions and second-person QC across the entire claim portfolio.
Together, the three products provide the enterprise controls servicing companies need, with additional workflow for processors and quality-control teams—not just another isolated 410A calculator.
ClaimProof 410A Operations Desk
Every proof of claim, every bar date, every gap—in one place for your bankruptcy team.
Every mortgage proof of claim in one place. Your team sees each bar date and where it came from, exactly which documents are missing on transferred and inherited loans, and which prior servicers the gaps come from. Each serious item gets a recorded decision, a second person signs off, and a claim is ready to file only when everything is in. The audit runs alongside, and never calls a claim clear on a partial check.

Hi, I’m Tom, from Alchemy Loop. This is the ClaimProof 410A Operations Desk: one place for a servicer’s bankruptcy team to see every mortgage proof of claim, from intake to ready to file.
Your team starts here. Every claim, most urgent first, with the days left to each bar date. Beside each date is its source: the court’s notice, or, in amber, a calculated date that still has to be confirmed.
For transferred and inherited loans, the hard part is the documents. These dots show what is in, and for every claim the desk says exactly what to request: the prior servicer’s history, the escrow analysis, counsel’s fee invoices. On the right, gaps by prior servicer: here, one prior servicer is missing history on all five of its loans.
Open a claim and it’s all in one place: the bar date and its source, the balance checks, and the one document still missing, with the lines it affects.
The history gap has already become a request to the prior servicer. Your team marks it sent, then received or waived, with a note of what came back.
Each finding shows how serious it is and the page it came from. Each serious item gets a recorded decision, with the reason. Then quality control: it needs a reviewer, and someone who decided an item on this run can’t sign it off. The desk enforces that.
Signed off, but not yet ready to file: the escrow analysis hasn’t arrived, and the history request is still open. Ready to file means every required input is in, the decisions and review are complete, nothing new is waiting to be re-run, and every request is received or waived.
Now the audit, on a filed 410A with a planted error: the principal balance raised by a thousand dollars, and the total raised to match, so the form still adds up. Our rebuild from the payment history doesn’t agree, and it shows the line, the page and the amount.
The same form without the error isn’t called clear either. Some lines can’t be compared from the evidence available, and the audit lists which ones, instead of giving a false all-clear.
Claims can be added one at a time or as a batch from a file. Every row is checked on the way in: an impossible date, or a bar date before the petition, is turned away with the reason.
Every run is kept, never overwritten. Key actions, such as decisions, sign-offs and requests, are logged with who and when, and linked so that an edited entry shows up when the log is checked.

How it fits your operation
Reads and proves the prior servicer's histories, finds the gaps and puts dollars on them—so missing history is requested while the prior servicer still answers.
Prepares the 410A from your history and the prior servicer's, ready for your team to finalize.
Rebuilds each claim independently from its histories and shows you the differences, with the page.
Three independent checks on every figure
Nine of the eleven steps follow established bank practice: reconciliation to the cent, footing printed totals, independent recalculation and four-eyes review.
Reads every page and records every transaction with the page it came from.
Proves column meanings against printed balances, rebuilds every balance to the cent and shows its working.
Re-reads the pages independently and challenges possible differences. It never changes a figure.
Decides anything flagged and remains responsible for the claim.
State late-charge timing, caps and fee restrictions are checked alongside FHA and VA limits. Items requiring legal judgment are flagged for your team rather than silently applied.
How the audit judges a claim
ClaimProof reads the filed form independently, checks it against itself, rebuilds the claim from the histories and compares the results. It never treats an incomplete comparison as a clean claim.
Your figure and the independent rebuild agree to the cent.
They differ—with both figures, the source page and a possible reason when one can be identified.
A required document is missing, and the result identifies what your team needs to provide.
The rebuilt figure still needs human review, so it is not counted against the filed claim.
The filed form could not be read confidently on that line, so a person reviews it.
No differences found is used only when every line has been compared and matched. Otherwise the audit says exactly why it could not finish.
How the audit works (PDF) ↓A coordinated error can still foot perfectly.
Rebuilding from the histories finds the line that moved, not only totals that fail.

Buy, don't build
Could your own developers build this? The arithmetic, perhaps. The hard part is everything around it.
PDFs, scans and exports in differing formats.
Against the balances the servicer printed.
Missing months, missing pages and boarded lump sums.
104 rules with citations, plus FHA and VA.
A second model tested against planted mistakes that never changes a figure.
That is specialist work that continues as formats and rules change. It is work we handle, so your team does not have to—and your developers can stay focused on your own systems.
Built on AWS, for sensitive files
Model 1 and Model 2 run on Amazon Bedrock; page reading runs on Amazon Textract. Borrower names and loan numbers are made invisible before either model reads a page.

Every amount in Parts 2, 3 and 4, plus the Part 5 closing balances. Row-level Part 5 comparison is not included.
Yes. Full preparation accepts current- and prior-servicer histories in mixed PDF, scanned and spreadsheet formats, and flags gaps or boarded balances that need attention.
The item is shown to your team with the relevant page and the dollars at stake. The system does not silently decide an unresolved legal or factual question.
The managed AWS service is available now. For servicers that require their own cloud boundary, we scope the customer-account deployment, security review and integration with their team.
No. The service prepares and checks the work; your team reviews and files it.
It is built not to. A claim is “No differences found” only when every line was compared and matched; anything it cannot compare is listed, with what is needed.
The gap is flagged with the dollars at stake, and we tell you exactly which document to request.
No. The audit sits on top of your process.
Bulk intake and an API are being built with our first servicer partners. Today, claims are run one at a time.
